Highly automated assembly

Assembly lines which are matched to the required lot quantities, and with greatly varying degrees of automation, are available for the assembly of our customer-specific modules, gearboxes and mechatronic systems. They range from simple, manual worktables and fixtures all the way up to highly automated assembly lines with automatic placement, integrated laser and ultrasonic welding systems, as well as complex measuring and test technology.

These systems are developed, produced and qualified in our own tool and fixture fabrication department, making it possible to react flexibly to customer requirements.
